Parent and Toddler Preschool classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 11am and 12.10pm. These classes are suitable for walking age to 5 yrs old
All intermediate and higher level classes are structured according to level and vary depending on number of hours per week.
GymABLE Classes for Children with Disabilities or additional needs. These classes are designed to suit children with additional needs to include physical disabilities, Intellectual disabilities and ASD. The class is less structured and encourages the child to explore the gym environment and try new skills/challenges with the support of the coaches.
