Mission Statement - GymABLE 

“To value the ability and individuality of all people with a disability by taking all reasonable steps to provide each individual with the opportunities they need to reach their full potential as active gymnastics participants within an inclusive environment” At Cork Acro  we achieve disability inclusion in gymnastics by continually reviewing our Disability Programme and working in partnership with Gymnastics Ireland, disability organisations, services, and people with disabilities and their families to ensure that where possible the sport of gymnastics is fully inclusive to all that attend and use our sport.
Cork Acro has adopted the Gymnastics Ireland Disability Policy and will continue to work to improve our services for children with disabilities.

Disability Programme

Our GymABLE programme is an inclusive gymnastics programme to encourage children with disabilities to join Cork Acro  Gymnastics Club, and experience the benefits of the sport. The coaches have all received training through Gymnastics Ireland disability modules and CARA inclusion training. The GymABLE classes are designed for children with physical disabilities, children with Intellectual disabilities and children with ASD.
